Optional Step: roast the sunflower seeds until they're a pale golden colour.
1. Add the seeds to a food processor or thermomix and blitz until you create a fine flour.
2. Scrape down the sides of the bowl and re-blend.
3. Add 1 Tbsp of coconut oil and blend to create a smoother butter. Keep adding small amounts of coconut oil as needed to help it blend to a smooth paste.
4. When it's ready, scoop into a glass jar and store in the fridge.
