These are my Double Chocolate Hazelnut Orange Brownies with melty pools of dark chocolate and subtle notes of vanilla, ginger and orange zest 😍! They’re made in one bowl with a few simple ingredients like hazelnut flour, eggs, ghee, chocolate, orange + collagen and ready to eat in just 30 mins. For extra decadence, serve them with a generous scoop of Bulletproof Vanilla Ice Cream on top! These brownies are also;

1 cup hazelnut meal/ flour (it can also be found in Woolworths)
3 eggs
1/2 cup melted grass-fed butter or ghee (this brand is 99% free of lactose and casein)
1/4 cup collagen powder
1/3 -1/2 cup quality cacao powder
Juice and zest of 1 orange
1/4 - 1/3 cup lakanto (or sweetener of your choice to taste)
Seeds of 1 vanilla bean
3-4 tsp ginger powder
1-2 tsp cinnamon
3/4 tsp baking soda
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
Pinch of salt
½ -¾ Bulletproof Chocolate Fuel Bar or ½ -¾ block of quality dark chocolate, broken pressed into the top of the brownie
Preheat oven to 170C. Grease and line a bread loaf tin.
Add all of the ingredients (except the chopped chocolate) to a food processor and blend to combine.
Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness if desired.
Pour into the prepare tin and sprinkle the chocolate over the top.
Place into the oven onto the middle shelf. Bake for roughly 25 minutes.
Remove from the oven and allow it to cool. Slice, serve and enjoy!
