Healthy Choc Chip Cookies (GF, DF, EF)
Makes 10-12
These cookies take less than 15 minutes to make. Simply mix all the ingredients together, roll into balls, then press them into the perfect cookie shapes on a baking tray and bake. Enjoy them warm from the oven.
INGREDIENTS
1 ½ cups of almond flour
3-4 Tbsp tapioca flour (white rice flour works too)
⅓ cup maple syrup
¼ cup melted coconut oil
1 tsp baking soda
Pinch of salt
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp vanilla powder or 1-2 tsp vanilla extract
Chocolate chips or chopped chocolate (additive free), measure with your heart
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 180C. Line two baking sheets with baking paper.
Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix into a dough.
Roll the dough into 10-12 balls and place them onto the baking trays evenly spaced apart. Press them into cookies shapes.
Place in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and cool down a bit. Enjoy warm.
