A few years ago, we were both addicted to sugar and did anything in our power to get our daily sugar fix. A lot of the clients we see through nutrition consultations have tried to give up sugar at some point in their own health journey. However, when they attempted to, many gave up because they suffered from headaches, irritability, energy crashes, fatigue, body aches and pains as well as even more intense sugar cravings.
