3-Ingredient Passionfruit Gummies

Gummies are a simple, nutritious snack you can easily make at home! With just a handful of ingredients and the gut-healing superstar, gelatin, these gummies pack a powerful health punch. INGREDIENTS

  • 1.5 cups (250g) of frozen passionfruit (other fruits will also work, orange juice, frozen berries, mango etc)

  • 1 cup filtered water

  • 2.5 Tbsp organic gelatin powder (use code “jordiepieface” for $15 off your first order over $130 with Jivita)

  • Optional: 1-2 Tbsp honey or maple syrup, juice of ½ a lime

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add the frozen passionfruit into a small saucepan and melt over a low-medium heat.

  2. Add gelatin + ½ cup water into a bowl and mix to combine. Let sit for a minute and allow to bloom and thicken.

  3. Now add the rest of the water, the bloomed gelatin and optional add ins into the melted passionfruit mix. Heat on a medium heat and stir until the gelatin has completely dissolved.

  4. Pour into a lined container (I pour it through a sieve to remove the seeds, but this step is optional).

  5. Place into the fridge to set.

  6. Slice and enjoy!
